Program Options

í       Initial Consultation – 30 minute one-on-one discussion about benefits of Yoga based dry-land training

í       Program Overview – 60 minute experiential workshop including Vitamin Y yoga sequences, common injuries and prevention, program customization followed by Q&A session

í       Athlete Workshop – 2 days of yoga postures, principles of alignment, individual modifications, injury prevention and treatment. Powerful race visualization, meditation and breath techniques to address both physical and psychological aspects of competitive swimming

í       Coach Workshop – 2 days of anatomy, injury prevention, yoga postures and sequencing to aid in the implementation of a yoga program

í       Dry-land Sessions – Recurrent yoga sessions on location for a group of up to 20 participants

í       Private Session – One-on-one or small group yoga session for up to 5 participants

í       Individualized Assessments – Evaluation of range of motion, strength and use of orthopedic special test to create unique dry-land protocols
