 Vitamin Y has created an innovative dry-land program specifically designed for competitive swimmers. Ancient yoga techniques and a unique blend of East and West results in achievement of ideal performance state.  By adopting this program, swimmers become stronger and more flexible; they practice breath training and techniques to improve focus and concentration, which results in improved performance, injury prevention and decreased recovery time.
